Place Rec AU/NZ serves students at university, further education college or those who have graduated. The company organises work placements based in Australia and New Zealand in Hotel and Resort and Tourist Attractions.

Bill Jennings is the sole director of the company. He has many years of experience in the field of recreation. He possesses a degree in Recreation Management at Hallam University, Sheffield.

He spent four summer seasons working at Camp Greenville, North Carolina, USA. Before forming the company he was employed as Social Activities Manager at an English language school in Salisbury.

Place Rec USA Ltd, the sister company, was established in April 2010.
