Average working 30 hours per week.

Candidates must have 6 months of food and beverage experience. Preference for those with casual fine dining or hotel experience. Duties will include but not be limited to

Prepare in a practical manner, hot and cold food under the direct supervision of a Chef de Partie or Chef in charge.

Assist in food requisitions

Taste and examine food prepared for freshness and quality.

Demonstrate knowledge of the individual menu items including basic ingridients, method of preparation and presentation of standards.

Replenish food stock as required

Responsible for minimising food wastage

Responsible for food preparation and presentation as directed by the Sous Chef
